About the Work

Coined �trash art art� the dried drippings from all the works created in the studio are scrapped up with a stainless-steel trowel and carefully laid out to dry. These are nothing more than layers and layers of paint, so structure, mesh or canvas are inside, it is simply paint. The artist hand picks the dried paint to create a myriad of colorful and masterful abstract works of art. Stare at them long enough, you will see all sorts of animals, people, and objects, including the occasional skeleton!
